It is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If a defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund.
Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records as well as our company flyer for future purchases. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS.
