    Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records as well as our company flyer for future purchases. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

    Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS

    We offer free shipping on all US order $35 and above. Orders $34 and below will be charged for shipping and handling. Our processing times are currently 4-9 business days. We handmake and ship all of our items from California, Monday through Friday, with the exception of calendar holidays.
