WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY?

Please contact us ASAP to fix the address. If the order has not been processed or sent, the address can be changed. If the order has been processed we cannot ensure that your orders address can be changed, and sent to the right location. Entering the Incorrect address may cause delays in shipping, therefore I recommend double-checking your address before you submit your order. Make sure to enter the correct address number,street, zip code, and state.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

For best wear on beaded products, I wouldn't recommend wearing this item to sleep, or in any type of water, and lotions. For crystal items, the best care would be to remove them before going to bed, working out, showering/baths, or in any type of water or lotions. Also, Keep/Store this necklace in an airtight space such as a box. Colors may fade over time but these steps will help the longevity of these items.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?/ WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?

We work hard to process your order. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday with exception of public holidays. All items are handmade and take up to 9 business days to ship out to the USPS. Orders placed after 12 PST will count as ordered the next day.
At this time there may be delays due to limited airline availability, reduced staff, government restrictions, and increased volume of packages. Whilst most products arrive on time, some delays are to be expected.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We do not offer order cancellations because each item is handmade to order.
